KeepRite Refrigeration KEZA150L8 low-temperature scroll condensing unit (Copeland ZF49K5E, R448A) — modelled
Modelled from the manufacturer's published data — not verified by KeepRite Refrigeration. Source: KeepRite KEZ Generation D product manual, part 1108861 (March 2026, docs.k-rp.com) — KEZA150L8's selection-capacity tables: Btu/h against saturated suction temperature and ambient from 85 to 110 °F on every refrigerant it is printed on, the Copeland ZF49K5E named beside them (docs/keeprite-condensing-units-source.json). The figures below come from this model run against that data; the manufacturer has not reviewed them. Are you KeepRite Refrigeration? Claim this page.

KeepRite's KEZA150L8, a two-fan air-cooled scroll condensing unit for a walk-in freezer, as this model runs it: the Copeland ZF49K5E its manual names — the catalog's own map, the low-temperature scroll the example freezer unit runs — on R448A, an air-cooled condenser on the cabinet's face, its fins louvered for the enhanced tube and fin the manual names, and the two fans (800 W) that draw air through it. The condenser's airflow is the one figure fitted, on the manual's R404A cell nearest AHRI 1250's freezer rating point (−20 °F suction on a 95 °F day, 53 100 Btu/h), and it stands for the condenser's conductance, not for air: the 10 080 cfm it comes to takes about three times the air power the printed fans could give through that coil, so the fans could not move it — read at the compressor's own rating basis, the tables ask more of the condenser than this model's coil gives behind those fans, as nearly every freezer table in the manual does. That same condenser holds all 162 cells the manual prints for this unit on R404A, R407A and R448A within −5.3 to +2.8 % (RMS 2.5 %). At −20 °F suction on a 95 °F day it gives 14.40 kW on R448A, against the 50 900 Btu/h (14.92 kW) printed. Modelled from the maker's published data — not verified by the manufacturer. Published as an example; the figures below are solved from this model.
